Agents have a blue colored chat bubble and a name plate so they stand out from everyone and so its easy to recongnise them. In addition they get a cool badge on their playercard which is located on the top right corner of the playercard. They also have a special room which only agent can access and hang out. They also get a graffiti wall which they are only allowed to use also they get a special agency catalog, the best gain of being a agent is that they get to help people.

What if a agent does not follow the rules

Its a real shame when an agent gets deagented for neglecting the rules. Agent are role models on Chobots and need to obey the rules at all times. When a agent get deagented its often for not obeying the chobot rules.
